De wereld verandert in een razend tempo, en dat merken we ook in ons dagelijks werk. We zitten in een periode waarin onvoorspelbaarheid en complexiteit zichtbaar zijn. 

 

Wat betekent dat voor ontwikkeltrajecten in de organisatie? En wat is de ontwikkeling die medewerkers daarin verder helpen? Wat hebben we nodig om medewerkers en organisaties te laten floreren?

 

Kamamak ondersteunt organisaties in leer- en verandertrajecten om de aanwezige kracht zichtbaar te maken en verder te versterken naar een andere gewenst toekomst. Daarin staan eigen kracht, verbinding met het geheel, en toekomstgerichtheid centraal. Dat doen we met methodieken als  Appreciative Inquiry, Theorie-U, Art of Hosting, van waaruit we samen met onze klanten interventies combineren.

Onno Geveke
Facilitator & Advisor

Onno has been working in the field of organisation development and learning for the past two decades. Designing and facilitating a wide range of trainings, events, projects and development programs, he finds joy in co-creating learning spaces to help people and organizations emerge towards a flourishing future. Next to Kamamak, he is a core team member of the Teal for Teal platform. 

 

Working from a strength based perspective, Onno has a special interest in Participatory Change, Art of Hosting and Appreciative Inquiry. He experiences positive impact in working with clients when the attention is focused on involving the larger system.


Being a learner himself, Onno has various certifications in NLP, Appreciative Inquiry, Facilitation skills, Art of Hosting, Management Consulting, and holds a B.Sc. in Business & Management. He has been working with international clients in various countries in Europe and North America.
